Committees

Anti-Ragging Committee

The function of the committee would be: -

To council & educate the student’s about the menace of ragging.
To make the student’s aware of the possible action’s against those indulging in ragging.
It may be highlighted that Horrible Supreme Court of India has directed all the educational institution’s to register FIR’S against student’s indulging in ragging.
The committee will immediately report the matter in detail’s with action recommended to the Director, who is the final disciplinary authority. He will act without delay in consultation with secretary of the group.
The committee will also take care of general discipline/disciplinary case’s and recommended suitable initiatives/action’s as needed.

Seminars & Presentations Committee

To organize seminar’s, presentation’s, quiz’s, guest lecture’s etc. in house & including other institution’s / forum’s.
Participation of the students in appropriate seminars / workshops conducted by other institutions.
To expose sponsorship for seminars / workshops for our institutions.
Student representatives are expect to play a proactive role in the smooth functioning of the committee.

Literary Committee

The activities of the committee would include: -

To assist in the publication work of college magazine or a management bulletin.
To conduct group discussion & debates on various topics of interest’s.
To maintain the notice board based on themes on regular basis.

Library Committee

The activities of the committee would include: -

To advice in maintenance & upkeep & improvement in Library working.
To frame rules for issue of books etc.
To recommend procurement of books etc.
To recommend procurement of books in consultation with faculty concerned & submit the same for approval of Director who in turn with co-ordinate with secretary of group for further action.

Cultural & Sports Committee

The activates of committee would include:
Cultural Functions.
Welcome & Farewell Functions.
Annual Functions.
Excursions.
Sports Activates.
Organization / Participation in sports meets, etc.
The exprsentatives are expected to play a proactive role in the smooth functioning of the committee.

Students Club / Welfare Program

Various committees have been constituted to implement the university requirement and movements towards excellence.
